Team Rubicon is a national veterans volunteer network focused on disaster preparedness and response. They helped many Vermont communities after the July flooding and would like to help Waterbury build on our excellent work in responding to our last several floods.

UVM Master Gardener and local garden designer Rachel Babin will lead a workshop on best practices for post-flood garden rehab and prep this spring and summer.

Stephanie Smith of the State of Vermont will meet with homeowners and answer questions about the support available to help homeowners elevate their buildings to reduce flood risk.
